Yellowstone National Park Day 2

On our second day in the park we only had the morning to see things before we needed to get on the road south. We drove from Madison Campground south toward Old Faithful. We stopped at a couple more fields of steaming geysers and got some more amazing photos and videos. We also happened upon a big field of female buffalo nursing little cute baby buffs. The friendly ranger described it as a buffalo nursery, and said they that later in the week the herd would migrate up the valley a bit. Apparently the bull buffalo aren't allowed to be part of the herd during the early rearing of the babies. When we arrived at Old Faithful Village, we didn't have an extra hour to wait for the geyser to erupt, so we got some frozen yogurt and drove on to Yellowstone Lake, where we strolled around the boardwalk, took some beautiful pictures, and headed out of the park.
